The oil's effect will become apparent after only a few applications. Your hair will detangle more easily and quickly regain its elasticity and shine.

In 1-3 months you'll notice the healing benefits of the oil at a deeper level, as it relieves dryness and soothes scalp irritability. It also boosts local circulation, penetrates the hair follicles and nourishes the roots. As a result, your hair will grow stronger and more robust.

A tortuous marriage, painful divorce and overwhelmingly demanding job had left me with deep scars. These experiences always affect the body: mine fell to pieces when I had barely turned 25. I had to make some changes.

The first was to cut my hair into a blunt bob. The second was to quit my job, buy a one-way ticket to India and set out to recover both my body and my soul.

the cofounder of the project
As it turned out, India didn't bring calm to my life. On the contrary, it exposed me to confront all that I had tried to escape. And now, there was nowhere to hide: no friends to embrace, no work to obsess over, no night club to lose myself in, nor urban life to distract me. As a result, I had plenty of time to focus on caring for my fragile body… and weakened hair.

I tried several oil treatments during my time in India and despaired of finding an effective version. I disliked them all: they left stains on my clothes, made my hair greasy and stringy or smelled obnoxious.

I concluded that these "Indian treatments" weren't for me and abandoned my attempts. Then one day on my way home from the local market in Mapusa, I wandered into a pharmacy. There I spotted another ayurvedic oil treatment and, won over by its beautiful fragrance, I resolved to have one last try. It might sound strange, but the way I was drawn to the aroma seemed to be the start of the new journey I was about to embark on to nurture myself.

And how did the treatment work? To be honest, I was a little disappointed during the first few weeks. Yes, my hair became smooth and soft to the touch, but I had seen that effect from other oils.

2-3 months later I had almost given up hope of seeing any results. But then I was astonished to discover thick regrowth on my scalp. My hair was reawakening and started to grow at a rapid pace. The oil, combined with good rest, healthy food and the practice of self-care, had rejuvenated my tired locks. As a result, I started practicing this ritual yearly. Each time, I like the outcome even more.

I started to bring the oil as a gift for my friends and they were just as pleased as I was. But I wasn't comfortable keeping this wonder oil within my small circle: I wanted to share it with all the women of the world.

And that's how our project, Amparali Oil, was born.
Part the hair and apply small amounts of oil to the scalp, until you have covered the whole head.
Gently massage the oil into the scalp.
Use your fingers to coat the hair from root to tip. Leave for 40 minutes (or overnight).
Massage shampoo into the scalp and rinse with lukewarm water (avoid using hot water as it may increase hair loss).
Apply the oil every 2-3 days. Each treatment regimen consists of 7-10 applications.

To maintain the result, we recommend repeating the regimen every six months.

AMPARALI is a life-giving elixir. But healthy hair doesn't come from products alone.
